With over two decades of both treating patients as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalyst and having a life-long history of playing and coaching competitive sports, this has led me to become a Certified Personal Coach. In addition, I am married and a parent of five and have worked through my own personal challenges. All of these experiences enrich my coaching of clients to get the results and help that they need.
Once your Main Goal is established, then we formulate a unique set of Action Steps specifically for you and your desired areas of change. Mindfulness exercises are also incorporated into my coaching technique in order to help my client get better at focusing and feeling at ease. In addition to the particular issue that brought you to Coaching, we’ll also look at all aspects of your life ( Mental ( emotional regulation & mood), Physical ( exercise, diet & nutrition), Social (relationships), & occupational (job or career satisfaction) or educational (school performance & future plans) to see if there is a healthy balance and if not, we add those areas to our action steps. I will then work Coach you towards reaching your Goal through our weekly meetings. Theoretically, I Coach using the Normal Developmental & Mindfulness models which gives a healthy platform from which to set and reach goals. I Coach children, teens, adults, families and couples who are either having relationship or parenting concerns. In addition, I have a concierge referral network of outside professionals if needed and you won’t be placed on a waiting list if you need to utilize their services.
