Delivery of Coaching:
One-on-One Personal Coaching as well as Couples, Families and Parent Coaching. Coaching sessions can vary in frequency depending upon the goal you’re wishing to accomplish. Sessions can either be in person or via telephone or Skype.
Personal Coaching/Tennis Program.
This unique program incorporates the use of tennis together with Personal Coaching. As a USPTA Coach, I incorporate the mental along with the physical aspects of playing tennis which then assists the client in both better learning to concentrate along with watching their progress build leading to both immediate self-mastery and also greater physical conditioning.
