About 125 million tennis balls are sold in the US every year. All of these balls eventually wear out and become unusable. Unfortunately, this means most of them will end up in a landfill. We have found a way to not only recycle these balls, but to give them a whole new life with an amazing purpose.
Mindfulness, or focusing one's mind on their present task, emotion, thought, or behavior at hand, is a neurological and cognitive skill that has been proven to assist in a person's optimal performance in all areas of their lives.
Practice teaching your brain to breathe, focus, and improve each part of your life by being fully aware of yourself and your environment at the same time.
Color Theory and Mood Research was used in the basis of choosing colors and designs that reflect relaxation and mindfulness.
Hold your present object comfortably with one hand 12 inches from your eyes. Take 3 slow and deep cleansing breaths through your nose and out your mouth. Clear your mind of any thoughts or feelings. As you continue to calmly and continuously breathe, view all of the different designs and colors of the ball, noting as many different colors, angles, designs, and images as you can. Begin to focus your attention to the feeling of your chest and abdomen responding to the calmness of your breath. Continue this process of slow and continuous rhythmic breathing until you feel a calmness in your chest, reparation, and heart rate. This exercise should be practiced 3 times a day and the amount of each time to reach a state of "Presence" will be individualistic but will reduce in the amount of time necessary to achieve here and now awareness with practice.
